What I’m Into Right Now – January 2018

It’s a new month… and a new year!  Time to share a few of the things that have my interest right now.

What I’m Into Right Now – January 2018

Alaskan Bush People – I was watching my daughter and her friends at a basketball game when another Dad tipped me off to this show about a family of 9 living off the grid and in the wilds of Alaska. It’s on Hulu and it’s binge-worthy.

Feedly – I have a lot of blogger friends that put out some great content.  The Feedly website and app help me keep track of them all so I can read my favorites.

Jack Link’s Original Big Beef Sticks – We got some of these so my daughters would have quick and easy, protein-packed snacks on the go. They like them… and so do I.

Flannel Pajama Pants –  It’s been cold outside lately.  Really cold.  Teeth chattering, below zero, record lows cold.  These pants are not only super comfy but they keep me warm.

Popsockets – I got one of these for Christmas and I have to say it’s really handy.  In case you’re not familiar, Popsockets are collapsible grips you can stick to the back of your smartphone.

Bread and Butter Pickle Chunks – I get a jar of these to have as a part of my family’s annual Christmas night picnic.  That jar is almost gone and I’m thinking I need to get another jar.

Gas Fireplace – As previously mentioned… it’s cold.  Our gas fireplace keeps our family room warm and cozy. Plus, it’s relaxing to look at.

What are some things you’re into right now?

  1. We visited Tiefenthaler’s locker and store in Holstein last week. I bought bread and butter pickles and I have never eaten anything as good! Also fell in love with their various meat sticks. If you’re ever in Holstein……..
