If you’re looking for an easy comfort food recipe idea for your family this is it.
What we used:
1 tube of refrigerator biscuits
3 cups cooked chicken – you’ll find the post mentioned in the video here.
1 bag frozen veggies
2 small cans cream of chicken soup
1 can of mushroom pieces and stems
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
Seasoning Salt, onion powder, garlic powder
What you do:
Bake the biscuits according to the package directions.
Cook the frozen veggies in the microwave while you warm the chicken in a large skillet. Then add the veggies to the skillet, stir in the soup, and sour cream. Add the spices. Serve over biscuits.
It would also be good over cooked rice, noodles, or even toast.
