I’m really not sure what the deal is but this week I ran across a lot of complainers… myself included.
For me, it was all about the frustrations of getting caught up at work after having a week off for a family vacation in the Wisconsin Dells.
That’s my excuse. Not sure what everyone else’s was. At any rate, when you think about it, since I have the freedom and means to write this, and you have the ability to read it… we really shouldn’t have that much to complain about.
It really is all about separating yourself from the moment you want to complain, taking a step back, and re-evaluating the situation. If you spend half as much time looking for the positive instead of the negative, you’ll surely find enough to bury the bad.
Please don’t think I’m preaching here. I’m mainly giving myself a little pep talk/lecture here… and if you can benefit a little from it… well, then we both win.
The Bible verses I’m going to keep in my mind as I approach a new week is 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (MSG).

Armed with verses like these I’ll be able to deal with any complainers I may run across… and be less likely to end up complaining myself.
What Bible verse keeps you from complaining?
